TIMELINE

December 2021 — May 2022 
PHASE 1: Pre-construction
Planning & Design  $ 600,000   ($500,000 raised to date)

  • Clean up, lead & asbestos testing, and abatement
  • Comprehensive site, interior, and exterior design plans  
  • Contract with project manager, construction team, professional trades
  • Obtain city approvals and permits
  • Install security systems

June 2022 – December 2022 
PHASE 2: Complete Renovation  | $ 1,200,000

  • Replace roof, new HVAC, electrical, IT, and plumbing system upgrades
  • Construct offices and shared spaces
  • New interior finishes & lighting (floor, walls, ceiling)
  • Renovate exterior elevation, upgrade windows
  • Occupancy permits & move-in

January 2023 – May 2023
PHASE 3: Complete Interior and Exterior Finishes | $ 400,000

  • Upgrade interior furniture & fixtures
  • Office equipment and appliances
  • Exterior landscaping
  • Improve existing parking lot,  security & lighting
  • Signage

June 2023 — May 2028
Phase 4: Pay Off Building Mortgage |
$ 1,300,000
